I would like to recommend www. Swissinfo.ch to language learners. On this website you have the possibility to read  articles, listen to them  or watch videos in various languages

such as, German, Italian, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese. Chinese and others  which, unfortunately, I ‘m not even capable of reading..

There are  also reports about national and international topics on sport, culture, economics, politics or science.

This video, for example, is about Mr Christoph  Zürich who brought skiing to Afghanistan.

I think this is a highly interesting series of articles and videos by swissinfo.ch which gives us the possibility to undestand better the hardship these people went through in the hope of  escaping poverty.
