quite good transaltions into Italian.  You can either look  for songs in foreign languages in alfabetical order,  for songs in foreign languages by the name of the singers or soundtracks.

On the right hand of some  lyrics there is the icon of a loudspeaker and there should also be the possibility of listening to the music. I don’t now, however, whether it works always.
