Schon seit 25 Jahren verwandelt sich Südafrika langsam, aber umso sicherer in einen Failed State. Das ist die traurige Wahrheit hinter der Jubelarie.

Ja, leider muss ich dir voll zustimmen! Präsident ZUMA hätte schon lange auf den Mond geschickt werden müssen! Traurig ist auch, dass man heute von anderen Ländern, wie Australien und Südamerika, gesprochen hat, wo es auch noch Rassentrennung gibt, die aber nicht beim Namen genannt wird. Den zweiten Film über den eindrücklichen STEVE BICKO, der ohne Gewalt und im Sinne von Gandhi gegen das Apartheidsystem gekämpft hat, habe ich übrigens gesehen.Er wurde von der Polizei verhaftetet und starb am 12. September 1977, nachdem er von letzterer so auf den Kopf geschlagen. wurde. Im Nelson Mandel Museum, Johannesburg gibt es auch viel zu lesen über Seve.

Diese Links zu den Dokus über Südafrika sind wirklich sehr hilfreich für Leute, die mehr über das Land wissen wollen und ich danke dir sehr.
Ich habe mir den ersten Teil angesehen; von den Kois zu den Holländern und natürlich die VOC /Niederländisch-Ostindische Kompanie, eine AG die zuerst vor allem Handel treiben und Gewinn machen wollte. Natürlich lernt man über Jan van Riebeck, der die Macht hatte Verträge zu schliessen, Land zu kaufen und Kriege zu führen. Zuerst waren die Kois unbesorgt, aber mit der Zeit waren sie an der Tauschware – Kupfer und Taback- nicht mehr so interessiert und merkten, dass die Holländer ihnen immer mehr Tiere abnahmen.
Und dann lernt man auch über die Bantus und ihren Vormasch gegen die Koisans. Die Sun gehören übrigens zu den ältesten Völker der Welt!!
Mich faszinieren vor allem die Felszeichnungen in den Drackensbergen, die ich selbst gesehen habe. (Mein Beitrag zu rockpainting:https://rivella49.wordpress.com/2014/01/15/rockpainting-e-bookde/
Wenn der Jäger eine Antilope schiesst, dann ist das mehr als Fleisch, er glaubt an die spirituelle Kraft. Es soll ca. 500 Plätze geben, wo die Suns ihre Zeichnungen hinterlassen haben. Das Elan und sein Blut ist von ganz spezieller Bedeutung,es bündelt Kraft.
Ich sehe mir die Fortsetzung dieser sehr gut gemachten Doku weiter an, sobald ich Zeit habe.:)
Ich hoffe sehr, dass sich andere Menschen auch dafür interessieren.

Lieber Pit, als wir im Jahr 2006 Südafrika bereisten, hatten die Menschen dort und wir noch Hoffnung auf eine gerechtere Zukunft. Unterdessen hat sich die Situation jedoch wesentlich verschlechtert.

Quello che tu dici con le tue parole precise è anche il mio pensiero. Mandela non ha voluto vendicarsi per gli anni passati in prigione, ma creare una nazione unita! Hi there dear Martina… thanks so much for this post and for raising awareness on the tough subject of racism… As you have well said t it’s exactly 25 years today since the Apartheid system in South Africa `started to end´ … It is a long process though and there are still many things and minds to change though… I have recently read a post which pointed in that direction… meaning which highlighted that racism is still a leading implicit force in South Africa, despite all the advances made…

When I was there about ten years ago, there was still a lot of hope, which has, unfortunately, in the meantime be somewhat lost. As you have seen a quarter of the population is hungry! I have come back several times to read this post and read the comments. We live in a world that presents us with complex issues that elude quick and satisfying answers. What gives me hope is that we continue to persevere, that we keep the dialogue open, that we share our concerns and embrace a compassionate and willing attitude. In front of the Freedom Museum in South Africa one can read:
